Esti's Bestie

Our go to Prep Step for softening the skin in clinic for professional Extractions. Skin should not be extracted without being properly prepared and softened beforehand; doing so can damage the skin thus creating further issues.  

ALTH founder and licensed Esthetician created Esti's Bestie out of demand for an effective alternative to steaming the skin with a traditional steamer that temporarily hydrates but quickly dries skin topically; leaving it difficult and often impossible to extract. 

Our Extraction Cream and Protocol is simple and effective at softening the follicle and keeping the skin hydrated to work effectively while doing extractions. Our formula Oxygenates the follicle and kills bacteria simultaneously pre and post extraction by utilizing Hydrogen Peroxide and Salicylic Acid. 

HOW TO USE:

Step 1) Cleanse & Exfoliate the skin

Step 2) Apply Esti's Besties Cream to the entire face. Avoid eyes and hair as it can lighten the hair. A quarter size should suffice. Apply a thicker layer in areas of congestion.  

Step 3) Cover the customer’s eyes and occlude the face with Cling wrap, leaving room for breathing under the nose and mouth. 

Step 4) On top of the cling wrap, wrap the face with a warm wet towel, followed by a dry towel to lock in heat. Allow to sit for 5-7 minutes. 

Step 5) Work in sections to extract.  Reapply Esti's bestie post extractions to kill any bacteria that may have been brought up during extractions.

Step 6) Tone and complete your facial 

ACTIVE INGREDIENT: We call these two our Dynamic Duo 

Hydrogen peroxide: Topically Oxygenates the follicle, Killing Bacteria, and is a natural antiseptic to the skin 

Salicylic Acid: A natural anti-inflammatory topically, extremely soothing post extractions.

FULL INGREDIENT LIST: Water, Coconut Oil*, Emulsifying Wax (Cetearyl Alcohol, Polysorbate 60), Stearic Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate, Xanthan Gum.

*Organic, hydrogen peroxide, salicylic acid, safflower oil

WARNINGS: For external use only. Keep out of eyes while using this product, rinse with water to remove it. Discontinue use if signs of irritation occur. Do not apply on hair as the active ingredients can lighten hair color.
